2. Payment Methods & Security
We accept payments via credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover).
Transaction Security: All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund: For cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking, provided that the check-in date is at least 48 hours away.
- 100% refund: For cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the check-in date.
- Non-refundable deposit: For cancellations made less than 21 days before the check-in date.
- Non-refundable deposit: For bookings that have already been modified.
4. Modifications
- Changes to the rental dates are allowed once and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the rental start date, subject to availability.
- Changes to the room type may be made up to the check in date, subject to availability. Depending on the request, additional charges or price reductions may apply.
- Late or invalid modification requests may be rejected.
5. Early Check Out
- If the renter decides to shorten the rental period, they must notify the company at least 21 days prior to the check-in date.
- No refunds are provided for unused rental days in the event of early check out by the renter.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days from the cancellation date.
- Bank processing fees are non-refundable.
7. Force Majeure
- In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters), the company may offer a full refund or a free booking modification at its sole discretion.
